Clients & margins

What each client actually costs to run, from recorded usage. A cost shown as unknown means no verified price covered it — not that the client was free.

Add a client

How it works: creating a client generates their chat key automatically — nobody types one. You get back a single line; whoever runs their website pastes it just before </body> and the chat appears. The key is safe to be seen — it only works on the website named here, and is refused anywhere else. Their own portal repeats the line under Looks & install, with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Shopify steps written out and a “Check my website” button that proves the paste worked.

Reports

The whole book, day by day, beside the previous period — which way the fleet is moving. Days are Manila days.

Conversations per day, all clients

The business

What it earns a month, and which clients have gone quiet. Both from what is already recorded — nothing new is being measured.

PlanPricePayingOn trialSuspendedPer month
Signed and left
Twelve months. Counted apart, because two on and two off is not a flat month.
Gone quiet
Customers have stopped writing. This is what leaving looks like beforehand.
When the fleet is busy
Customer messages by hour, Manila time. This is the shift that needs covering.
What they ask, everywhere
Across every client. A topic that escalates often is work for us, not for them.

Where clients send the money

Typed once and printed on every invoice we email — your GCash number, your bank account, whatever you want them to use. Your words exactly; nothing is reformatted.

Invoices say “reply to this email and we will mark it settled”. Mail is sent from a subdomain that has no inbox, so without an address here that reply bounces and you never learn they paid.

Where each client stands

Worked out from what is true rather than from a status anybody has to remember to change — both halves: whether they are paying, and whether their assistant is actually answering anybody. Broken clients sort to the top, above money.

Invoices

One invoice per client per month, written by the monthly job. Nothing here takes money — it records what is owed, what you have sent, and what has landed. Sent and paid are yours to mark as the transfers arrive.

What happened, everywhere

Every sign-in and every change across every client, plus the rows with no business at all — your own acts on this console. Append-only; nobody can edit history, including us.

Who can sign in

Fireclay staff work across every client. A client owner sees only their own business — their conversations and their knowledge — and cannot reply to a customer. Passwords are generated here and shown once; if one is lost, issue another.

Connections

The services Fireclay itself runs on. Anything set here is sealed with a key that lives outside this database, and is never shown again — if you lose one, you replace it rather than read it back.

Locked. Changing a key needs your password again.

Integrations & capabilities

What this product itself runs on. Setting one takes effect immediately, with no deploy.

Google Calendar

Lets every client connect their own calendar with one button on their portal. Create an OAuth client in the Google Cloud console (type: web application), add the redirect URI below to it exactly, and paste the ID and secret here — live immediately, no deploy.

What a new client starts on

The daily spending ceiling every new business is created with. Existing clients keep whatever they already have — changing this moves nobody.

What the three plans cost

The monthly price of each product, per client. Every margin on this page is worked out against the plan that client is on, so a plan left at zero reports every client on it as pure cost.
